GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Monetization Operations for a newly created role focusing on orchestrating monetization operations and driving incremental growth and run-rate optimization across international business sectors. The successful candidate will identify, craft, and deliver plans to tackle business problems and resolve issues such as currency display changes, payment method failures, page timeouts, and conversion rate drop-offs. This involves conceptualizing, building, and implementing automated detection and resolution systems while collaborating with Data, AI, UX, Engineering, and Product teams to integrate solutions. Responsibilities include developing automated systems for detecting monetization anomalies across the e-commerce platform, working with Data and AI teams to develop machine learning models for predictive analytics, building dashboards for real-time monitoring, establishing processes for rapid triage and resolution of issues, and regularly reporting on monetization metrics to leadership. The role demands strong experience in e-commerce operations, proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and familiarity with ML concepts and project management tools such as Jira or Asana. The candidate must also be capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse global partners. The position may be hybrid or fully remote, depending on managerial designation, with flexibility to occasionally visit offices for meetings.
