Responsibilities include contributing to the development of Android customizations, middleware, and payment UI flows; leading technical initiatives to reduce technical debt; mentoring junior developers; collaborating with Product Managers to shape product requirements; managing release cycles and production incident responses; and participating in roadmap planning. Candidates should have 5+ years of Kotlin and Android native app development experience, including 1+ year with AOSP customizations and hardware interfaces like Bluetooth and HID. Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, SOLID principles, full SDLC, API design, testing, monitoring, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum processes are essential. Experience with embedded systems or payments and risk domains is a plus.
