As Principal Product Manager for Partner Platform Integrations at GoDaddy, you will define the strategy and roadmap for headless commerce APIs and partner SDKs that enable external software platforms to embed payments and commerce workflows. Your role includes developing a clear vision for partner integrations, prioritizing high merchant and partner value aligned with GoDaddy’s platform competencies. You will build and maintain a deep understanding of partner evaluation criteria, technical architectures, and enterprise buyers’ needs to position GoDaddy competitively against platforms like Stripe, Adyen, and Finix. Acting as the voice of enterprise software partners, you will ensure APIs, documentation, and certification processes meet integration team needs, mapping and optimizing comprehensive partner workflows from onboarding through compliance. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to define APIs and services supporting payments, orders, catalogs, inventory, customers, and sales channels for both embedded and in-person commerce, including advanced enterprise features such as multi-entity configuration, reporting APIs, risk scoring, and reseller portals. Your work involves partnering with Payments, Risk, and FinOps to ensure accurate settlement and reporting. You will engage directly with enterprise clients, gathering integration requirements and facilitating co-development pilots while collaborating with Business Development and Solutions Engineering to support evaluation cycles. Your approach will leverage experimentation and pilot programs to validate features and enhance developer experiences, iterating on roadmap priorities driven by adoption and partner satisfaction. Additionally, you will scale and evangelize the partner platform by creating integration blueprints, API playbooks, and certification standards, sharing key insights to shape GoDaddy’s long-term embedded commerce strategy. The role requires 8+ years in product management focusing on platform, API, or payments products and a strong background in payments architecture, ISO 8583 messaging, and API-first development. Experience leading client engagements and influencing cross-functional teams is essential, with additional preference for familiarity with platforms like Stripe Connect, Adyen, Finix, Square Developer Platform, or Shopify Partner APIs. GoDaddy offers a comprehensive total rewards package including paid time off, retirement plans, bonus eligibility, equity grants, health benefits, and family-friendly policies. The company embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion, aiming to empower entrepreneurs globally and create an inclusive workplace.
