GoDaddy’s Security, Analytics and Products team is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join their organization remotely in India. The role involves applying strong technical skills to craft scalable security solutions and collaborating with GoDaddy Engineering teams. Responsibilities include managing the CSPM program, overseeing tooling, crafting rules, enhancing efficiency, guiding developments, and establishing security metrics. The engineer will evaluate and implement automated security scanning solutions, conduct build reviews, threat modeling, source code reviews, manual security testing, and cloud security audits, primarily within cloud foundations but occasionally other verticals. Identifying security vulnerabilities, assessing risks, resolving security events and policy questions, and delivering security training and awareness programs for development teams are integral to the role. Candidates should have 5+ years in security engineering with expertise across multiple domains including Cloud Security, Application Security, and Network Security. Operational knowledge of CSPM tools is essential, with hands-on experience being a bonus. The ability to assess architectures from a security perspective and experience in security-by-design methodology during SDLC is required. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Node.JS to automate security processes is expected. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is preferred. Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP are advantageous. $20 hourly + bonus, annual $90K-$100K+
