Job Description
Aruba S.p.A. is the Italian leader in cloud, data centers and digital services. We are looking for an Event Specialist to run our Auditorium activities at the Global Cloud Data Center campus.
What you will do:
- Plan and run corporate events, conferences, customer days and partner meetings held in the campus auditorium
- Coordinate suppliers, catering, AV/IT setup, security and on-site logistics
- Own the agenda, speaker brief, attendee experience and post-event reporting
- Support tours and visits of the data center campus
