Data Center Maintenance Technician

What you will do:

• Supervise the operation of UPS power, precision cooling and fire-suppression systems
• Coordinate inspections and maintenance work performed by internal or external services for those systems
• Perform “remote hands” tasks as part of colocation operations
• Set up UTP / fiber-optic patch connections and run measurements
• Replace parts in telecom equipment (disks, memory, cards, SFP modules; disks in storage arrays and tapes in tape libraries)
• Mount and dismount IT equipment in racks
• Support customers visiting the data center
