Junior Systems and Network Operator (f/m)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Systems and Network Operator who wants to gain their first experience in the telco / IT industry and grow in network monitoring and maintenance. The ideal candidate is interested in networking technologies, enjoys analytical thinking and wants to learn how to work with real data-center infrastructure in a team that shares knowledge openly.

Your responsibilities

• Together with the operator team, monitor network and service health based on alerts from monitoring systems
• Handle customer tickets in the support system
• Participate in installation and troubleshooting work at the data center
• Cooperate with engineering teams in diagnosing and resolving incidents
