We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and dynamic individuals to join our Sales Development Representative team. As an SDR at Bluehost, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our customer base by educating prospective customers on the value of our products and services, qualifying inbound opportunities, and routing high-value leads to the appropriate Account Executive team.
What you’ll do & how you’ll make an impact.
Engage with inbound leads, current customers, chats, and referrals to understand their goals and identify sales opportunities.
Qualify interest by uncovering customer needs, purchase intent, and readiness to buy, then route high-value SQLs to the appropriate Account Executive team.
Convert product and technical questions into consultative sales conversations by recommending solutions that address immediate needs and create value.
Conduct meaningful account reviews to uncover upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound inquiries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and timely follow-up.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and other internal teams to create a smooth customer journey and strong handoffs.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, lead status, and next steps in the CRM.
Meet or exceed goals related to lead response time, qualification quality, conversion, and pipeline generation.
Stay current on Bluehost products, promotions, competitive offerings, and sales processes to confidently position solutions and support customer needs.
