Job Description

We’re looking for energetic, positive people who want to develop their customer interaction skills. In this position you’ll be responsible for presenting offers to renew contracts, supporting customers with billing matters, and managing internet domains, SSL certificates and hosting services.

Your tasks:

  • Customer service via chat, phone and email.
  • Presenting contract renewal offers.
  • Handling billing and payments – issuing invoices, proformas, correction notes and explaining balances.
  • Tasks related to managing internet domains, SSL certificates, hosting services.
  • Day-to-day order handling.
  • Cooperation with other departments to ensure the highest efficiency and process quality.
  • Building a positive company image by ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Nice to have:

  • Experience in sales conversations or customer retention processes.
  • Basic knowledge of hosting services, domains, SSL certificates.
  • Basic accounting knowledge.
  • Knowledge of various legal forms of business activity.
  • Conversational English.
