This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The Corporate Development team is at the forefront of driving and accelerating GoDaddy’s next chapter of growth, playing a foundational role in identifying industry trends, building relationships with external partners, and identifying, negotiating, structuring, and executing strategic acquisitions and investments.
Reporting into GoDaddy’s Head of Corporate Development, this Director will lead transactions end-to-end and shape the recommendations that determine whether a deal is right for GoDaddy – not simply execute against a thesis someone else has already set. This is a critical role in crafting our future growth through investments and acquisitions, bringing in new and innovative capabilities, strengthening existing ones, and expanding our footprint and market opportunities.
You will own the full arc of inorganic growth: sourcing and shaping the investment thesis, leading diligence and financial modeling, influencing senior executives on whether and how to proceed, and driving deals through negotiation, signing, and closing.
Colorado Residents:In any materials you submit, you may redact or remove age-identifying information such as age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation. You will not be penalized for redacting or removing this information.
