GoDaddy is contracting freelance photographers across the United States to tell the stories of locally owned businesses whose websites and social media pages they manage. Photographers in this network take 1-2 hour shoots on location at local businesses, with no editing required as all post-production is handled in-house. The company manages all communications and scheduling, providing photographers with creative style guides and shot lists. This role requires being “on the road” in the assigned area, specifically Salem, OR, capturing photographs that showcase small businesses and entrepreneurs. Photographers must have professional camera equipment with 2-3 lenses, an online portfolio showcasing their work, and the ability to upload large selections of RAW images within 24 hours of completing shoots. Demonstrated proficiency in photography techniques and openness to feedback from the post-production team are essential. GoDaddy emphasizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in its culture and operations, aiming to empower entrepreneurs globally. The company offers a flexible, supportive environment with quick, easy payment for freelance work, supporting the storytelling of entrepreneurs through visual media. Colorado residents have protections regarding age-identifying information in application materials, and GoDaddy does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
