As a Payment Operations Manager at GoDaddy, you will lead a team responsible for payment acceptance on GoDaddy.com, driving billions in annual Gross-Commerce Revenue (GCR). Your role involves establishing goals, coordinating daily operations, managing payment acceptance processes, optimization projects, and third-party vendor relationships. You will analyze transaction data to identify metric improvements and collaborate with development teams on testing and experimentation to enhance payment performance. Your leadership will foster team members’ professional growth and amplify their impact on the company. Key responsibilities include driving strategic payment initiatives in partnership with analytics, product, and engineering teams; making critical operational decisions to meet payment targets and maintain operational standards; developing insights and automated reporting for senior leadership; managing vendor relations and quality assurance; championing customer-centricity by incorporating feedback loops; and collaborating cross-functionally to advance payment capabilities and business objectives. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in operations or analytics with 3+ years managing teams, be data-driven decision-makers with advanced SQL and Excel skills, experienced in establishing standards and vendor management, and possess a strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and troubleshooting. Experience in the payments industry and corporate Accounting standards is a plus.
