As a Principal Product Manager at GoDaddy focusing on Bank Partner integrations, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Tier 1 banking and payment processor integrations, delivering embedded, white-label, or co-branded POS and eCommerce experiences aligned with bank partner go-to-market models to drive adoption at scale. You will own the end-to-end partner enablement across the merchant lifecycle, defining and leading the roadmap for bank-integrated merchant experiencesfrom onboarding through activation, selling, settlement, and supportensuring workflows are tailored for banks, omnichannel-ready, and scalable across hardware, software, and headless solutions. In this role, you will develop segment-specific commerce strategies for bank channels by gaining deep expertise in verticals served by bank partners such as food & beverage, personal care, and retail, shaping tailored solution strategies in collaboration with internal product teams to deliver commerce features across POS, online selling, marketplaces, and mobile apps. You will drive API-first integration design for embedded commerce by collaborating with platform and developer experience teams to build composable APIs, SDKs, and reference architectures enabling fast, secure, self-service integrations, allowing partners to integrate headless commerce solutions quickly. You will accelerate partner co-sell and merchant activation by enabling sales, solutions engineers, and onboarding teams with necessary tools, demos, documentation, and playbooks, representing GoDaddys product vision in partner-facing and technical planning conversations. The role also demands orchestrating cross-functional execution across product, payments, hardware, partnerships, marketing, and compliance teams to maintain accountability, unblock dependencies, and establish feedback loops ensuring the evolution of bank solutions. Using data-driven insights, you will define KPIs around partner adoption, activation, and retention, continuously optimizing the partner experience, developer usability, merchant outcomes, and platform scalability. Requirements include 7+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in POS, payments, or eCommerce platforms, a deep understanding of retail and SMB commerce workflows, proven partner integration experience, familiarity with APIs, SDKs, OAuth, REST, and security standards like PCI-DSS, and strong communication skills for engaging technical and executive stakeholders. This remote role excludes certain US states and is not open for candidates in California, Seattle, or NYC.
$20 hourly + bonus, annual $90K-$100K+
