As a Senior Compliance Analyst at GoDaddy, you will be integral in supporting global compliance programs emphasizing KYC and sanctions evidence management, vendor screening, policy lifecycle tracking, training administration, and compliance mailbox operations. Reporting to the Global Compliance team, this role involves collaboration with Legal, Privacy, Security, Procurement, and Risk departments. Responsibilities include executing KYC due diligence, maintaining sanctions screening and evidence logs, supporting vendor screening activities, monitoring compliance mailbox inquiries, assisting with compliance policy lifecycle management, administering training programs, supporting compliance reporting and audits, and partnering on cross-border compliance matters. The role requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure ongoing compliance and promote a culture of ethics and accountability. This position may be hybrid or fully remote, tailored by managerial decision, requiring proximity to the office if hybrid. Candidates are expected to have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and experience using technology and AI-enabled tools for compliance operations.
