This Senior Director role supports Technology and Corporate (T&C) Functions teams, acting as a strategic partner and key member of T&C Leadership teams. The role involves collaborating closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners in Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to enhance employee experience programs and lead continuous improvements. The position reports to the VP, Employee Experience, and requires navigating multiple time zones and ensuring connectivity across global teams. Responsibilities include creating and implementing strategies to foster business growth and scalability, providing HR leadership to strengthen engagement, performance, and retention, designing workforce planning and development initiatives, evolving performance management and talent review processes, championing GoDaddy’s culture and values, leading organizational design and effectiveness efforts, contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, utilizing data analytics for decision-making, managing and mentoring a team, and providing expertise in career development, performance management, coaching, compensation, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of HR or relevant business partner experience, including expertise in organizational composition, succession planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion, compensation, recognition, culture enhancement, mentoring, talent cultivation, conflict resolution, acquisitions, data analysis, and employee interaction. They also have 5+ years of people leadership experience in a global business partner team, proven collaboration with executives and staff, and direct experience in large-scale global organizations. Some travel may be required. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a flexible entrepreneurial style, strong process and change management skills, and a servant leadership approach.
