Job Description

Join GoDaddy’s People Operations team as the Senior Director Human Resources Business Partner, supporting Technology and Corporate Functions teams. This strategic role involves partnering with business leaders and cross-functional partners in Internal Communications, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and People Operations to drive organizational growth, change management, and transparency. You will help enhance employee experience programs, design workforce planning strategies, support performance management, and champion company culture. You will lead organizational design and effectiveness initiatives, contribute to DEI strategies, and mentor your team. This senior role requires 12+ years of HR or relevant business partner experience with expertise in organizational composition, succession strategy, performance oversight, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, talent cultivation, and data analysis. At least 5 years of people leadership experience in a global business partner team is required. The role is remote within the United States except certain states, may require occasional travel, and reports to the VP of Employee Experience. Target base pay range: $169,500 – $254,500 USD depending on qualifications and location.

  • Expertise in compensation, employee engagement, talent cultivation
  • Strong collaboration and impact with executives
  • Experience in large-scale global organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
