In addition, the candidate will assist in implementing Atlassian Jira-based solutions to enhance traceability and reduce manual tasks through project configurations, workflows, automation rules, forms, and integrations. Responsible application of GenAI is required to support documentation augmentation, test procedure enhancement, data analysis, and stakeholder self-service with a focus on prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails. Collaboration across business and IT teams spanning multiple time zones, with partial overlap to U.S. hours, is necessary to gather requirements, deliver scalable technical solutions, support automation projects, assess impact, and communicate progress through iterative development cycles. Establishing quality controls and monitoring processes for ARC knowledgebases such as runbooks and guides is crucial to ensure reliability, audit readiness, and enablement for the team and stakeholders. Applicants should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience in process automation and data analytics/engineering roles, with expertise in producing production-grade scripts, pipelines, and dashboards. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation, automation, and analytical scripting is required, alongside experience translating business processes into technical designs, estimating efforts, delivering solutions iteratively, and documenting for reuse. Familiarity with BI dashboard build and maintenance, particularly Power BI with data modeling and tuning skills, is essential. Practical experience with workflow automation tools such as Jira is expected, along with knowledge of cloud concepts and modern development practices including Git, code reviews, secrets management, CI/CD, and containerization.
