As a Senior Security Technical Program Manager at GoDaddy, you will coordinate the strategic direction of the Product Security Team across the organization, collaborating closely with engineering teams to define and implement security engineering strategies spanning 1-year and 3-year plans. You will develop and refine the overarching Product Security strategy using a risk-based approach, monitor and report on risk reduction through tracking objectives and key results in Product Security, and leverage your industry expertise to manage the resolution and retesting of complex security incidents, policy inquiries, and technical security risks. The role requires managing company-wide Product Security programs, applying security engineering practices that align with security and privacy compliance requirements, and focusing on Secure Development Lifecycle and Shift Left methodologies with Security by Design principles. You will bring 10+ years of progressive security engineering experience across multiple security domains including Security Architecture, Cryptography, Network Security, Cloud Security, Mobile Security, and Web Security. Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and a technical understanding of standard methodologies in security engineering are essential. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, Ruby, or PowerShell is also required. A Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent experience, are necessary, with a PhD or equivalent experience considered a plus. Experience in the hosting industry is beneficial. $20 hourly + bonus, annual $90K-$100K+
