Join GoDaddy, the largest global services platform for entrepreneurs, as a Senior UX Product Designer based in Colombia, working remotely. This role is part of the GoDaddy Commerce team and focuses on designing world-class products for millions of next-gen entrepreneurs. You will own end-to-end design execution across mobile and web commerce experiences, ensuring seamless, engaging, and consistent user journeys. Your work will involve crafting scalable experiences that balance customer needs with business goals, solving complex problems with creativity and innovation. You will prototype, test, and iterate designs, moving between low and high fidelity, validating ideas through research, usability testing, and rapid experimentation. Designing for scale is key, as you will build cohesive experiences across surfaces, touchpoints, and customer types without sacrificing quality or simplicity. Using qualitative and quantitative insights, you will inform design decisions and uncover opportunities to elevate customer experience. You will define and document product principles, user needs, and detailed design specifications to bring solutions to life alongside engineering teams. Leading and facilitating design discussions with cross-functional teams in an agile environment will be an important aspect of your role. Required experience includes 5+ years of product design across mobile apps, mobile web, and desktop platforms, with strong end-to-end design skills from UX strategy and research to high-fidelity UI and prototyping. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise and a track record of delivering market products is essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, working with product, engineering, and end-user groups. Proficiency with Figma and familiarity with tools such as Sketch, Framer, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite is expected. Experience contributing to design systems and working independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments is a must. Preferred qualifications include experience with DIY user testing tools, e-commerce, POS or FinTech platforms, UX writing, microcopy, micro-interactions, and animations, and a background in interaction or communication design.
