Your tasks:
- Independent handling of domain transfers, contract changes, and cancellations
- Management and processing of SSL certificates
- Analysis and resolution of more complex customer inquiries in the hosting environment
- Ensuring accurate and traceable processing of workflows
- Communication with international customers in both German and English
- A structured, process-oriented customer service environment
- A high volume of inquiries, including more complex individual cases
- Responsibility for real business processes in the hosting environment
