A safe and trustworthy internet requires careful abuse incident processing and responsible management of sensitive information. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual who will review abuse reports and help protect our customers and users. In this role, you will take on a varied range of responsibilities related processing abuse cases. You will review reported websites and content; assess incidents involving fraud, phishing, spam and IT security; communicate with customers and reporters; and help resolve disputes.
