In this role, you will work in the areas of domains, contracts, and SSL certificates, learning step by step how to support customers with important questions and processes. You can expect clearly defined procedures, structured workflows, and comprehensive onboarding. You don’t need to be an IT expert, but you should have an interest in technical topics.

Your tasks:

  • Handling customer inquiries related to domains and domain transfers
  • Supporting customers with contract changes, cancellations, and administrative processes
  • Assisting in the management of SSL certificates
  • Communicating with international customers in both German and English
  • A high volume of inquiries with varied but recurring business processes
  • A clearly structured customer service environment with defined procedures
  • Comprehensive, hands-on onboarding in domains, SSL, and contract processes
  • A supportive team environment where you will learn step by step
