Affiliate Marketing Manager

The role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliates, building and maintaining strong relationships, providing resources and support to affiliates, monitoring and optimizing campaign performance, and preparing reports on affiliate performance and opportunities. The manager will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals, coordinate promotional campaigns, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand values. Key requirements include proven experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing, familiarity with the affiliate marketing ecosystem in Africa, strong relationship-building and communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency with affiliate tracking software.
