Your role at Hostinger Affiliate Manager in the Affiliate Marketing team. As part of Hostinger’s affiliate marketing team, you’ll be responsible for expanding and optimizing our affiliate partner network across Europe. The main markets in this region are France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria.

• Identify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe (mainly France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria).
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates.
• Negotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvement.
• Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to grow Hostinger’s visibility and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizations.
• Leverage automation and AI tools in your daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagement.
