Engineering Manager | Website Builder

This role involves full ownership of the technical lifecycle including architecture, design, development, deployment, and ongoing operations. You will collaborate with product and technical leadership to ensure business and technical alignment, focusing on innovation, efficiency, stability, and reliability of the website builder product. You will lead your team through technical challenges, encourage knowledge sharing, conduct code reviews, and foster a high-performance culture with employee growth through feedback and evaluations. The role requires leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset. Technical expertise needed includes system architecture design, app state management (Redux, NgRx, Vuex, Pinia), JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Node.js), HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Git, and testing practices.
