As a Financial Planning & Reporting Analyst in the FP&A team, you will play a central role in ensuring the integrity of our financial data, drive periodic planning, reporting, and forecasting processes, and transform complex financial information into clear actionable insights. This is a dynamic and high-impact role that directly contributes to our financial strategy.

Your day-to-day:
• Own preparation and delivery of accurate, timely periodic reports, including weekly business reviews, monthly management reporting, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Track metrics, conduct variance analysis against the targets, identify key drivers and trends, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Refine and maintain the financial forecasting model to ensure the rolling forecast is accurate, dynamic, and reflects the latest information.
• Participate in the periodic planning cycle, including preparation of annual budget, quarterly targets, and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Partner with other finance and cross-functional teams to consolidate inputs, align on assumptions, and understand business drivers.
• Conduct thorough reviews of financial data, identify and reconcile differences between accounting records and management reporting.
• Proactively identify opportunities to automate and improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes.
Your skills and experience:
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or a relevant finance function.
• Financial and analytical acumen with a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Strong command of financial modelling and forecasting; hands-on proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets and visualization capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented attitude with a mindset that seeks to improve ways of working and automate processes.
• Experience with BI and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is considered an advantage.
• Bonus: familiarity with unit economics metrics such as MRR, ROAS, LTV, retention metrics, contribution margin, and similar.
