Join Hostinger, a global company with 900+ professionals and over 4 million clients, as the Head of Performance Marketing. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the global new user acquisition strategy to build a scalable, data-driven growth engine. You will lead multiple teams including PPC, Affiliates, Influencers, and Courses to achieve ambitious business goals and redefine performance marketing at Hostinger. Your responsibilities include developing and leading multi-channel performance campaigns that focus on both short-term conversions and long-term customer value, partnering with Brand, Product Marketing, and Data teams to align acquisition goals with company growth objectives, defining performance frameworks, measurement systems, and attribution models to optimize budgets and ROI. You will identify and scale new channels, tools, and technologies to stay ahead of market trends, lead complex negotiations with key partners, and build a performance culture rooted in data, experimentation, and continuous learning. You will present key insights and strategies to senior leadership, influencing company-wide marketing decisions. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including 2 years in a leadership role managing multiple teams or channels. You must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and leadership abilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution skills. Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Impact, CJ, Tune, and familiarity with SEO, CRO, and digital marketing ecosystems are advantages.
