Your day-to-day

Requirements

You have minimum 3+ years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech companies.
You have deep fluency in design thinking, user-centered methodologies, UX research, prototyping and iterative design – not just delivering UI screens, but understanding why and how those designs solve user & business problems.
You’re comfortable owning a design area end-to-end: making strategic design decisions, collaborating cross-functionally, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints, and driving execution through to launch.
