As a Head of Product Growth, you’ll drive Hostinger’s unified client experience roadmap from activation and engagement to retention and monetization, shaping the experience of millions of users around the globe.

You’ll work alongside passionate engineering managers, developers, lifecycle specialists, and designers, committed to building exceptional products that users love. As a key leader within the Product organization, you’ll take full ownership of the product growth and retention strategies across the entire user lifecycle.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience improving product retention in a high-scale B2C SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of user behavior across the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience improving onboarding, activation, and long-term product usage.
  • Ability to translate data into clear product decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product teams.
  • Strong understanding of product metrics (e.g. retention, churn, cohort behavior).
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
