Your role at Hostinger

At Hostinger, Product is where strategy meets execution. We build products that help millions of people succeed online faster and easier – and we’re just getting started.

As aHead of Product, you’ll own one of Hostinger’s core product areas, defining its vision, strategy, and execution. You’ll lead cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analysts, and AI specialists to build products customers love and businesses rely on every day.

As a key leader within the product organization, you’ll shape long-term product strategy, identify new growth opportunities, and make fast, data-informed decisions that improve the experience of millions of customers worldwide. You’ll balance customer obsession with business outcomes while creating an environment where high-performing teams can thrive.

Your day-to-day

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of Hostinger’s core product areas.

• Own product outcomes and business results, balancing customer value with company objectives.

• Build, lead, and develop high-performing product teams, fostering ownership, speed, and continuous improvement.

• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, Marketing, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful customer outcomes.

• Prioritize opportunities based on customer insights, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Drive fast experimentation, validate assumptions through data, and make informed product decisions.

• Establish clear product metrics and continuously optimize performance across customer and business outcomes.

• Remove organizational bottlenecks, simplify decision-making, and enable teams to execute with speed.

• Champion customer obsession by deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

• Help shape the future of Product at Hostinger by raising the bar for product thinking, execution, and leadership.

Compensation

Gross salary from 9000 EUR/month
