As a Marketing Analytics Lead, you won’t just support our marketing analytics strategy – you will create and implement it. You will build and empower a team of high-caliber analysts to transform complex datasets into competitive intelligence that fuels our global growth. By owning the standard for data-driven decision-making, you will raise the bar for speed, precision and impact across Hostinger’s multi-channel operation – from Affiliates and Influencers to PPC and Organic.

Your day-to-day:
• Set and uphold the standard for data-driven decision-making, ensuring our marketing strategies and decisions are backed by data.
• Lead the execution of marketing analytics projects, translating raw data into growth opportunities.
• Build a team better than yourself – hire, onboard, mentor and inspire a squad of high-performing analysts, fostering a culture where technical mastery intersects curiosity and drive.
• Collaborate directly with marketing leaders (Affiliates, Influencers, PPC, SEO, Product Marketing Managers and other) to align analytical roadmaps with our goals.
• Take full ownership of delivery lifecycle – from refining complex requirements to prioritizing the backlog, constantly ensuring we’re always working on the highest impact bets.
• Keep on iterating in terms of team setup and ways of work – integrate AI or other emerging technologies, test decentralised leadership concepts or go full agile – freedom to reinvent the playbook.
Your skills and experience:
• Proven hiring, onboarding and leadership skills with a track record of building environments where people perform at their peak.
• A relentless drive for achieving ambitious goals through data analysis, together with uncompromising standards for quality and speed of delivery.
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, data signatures of different channels and marketing attribution concepts (or a strong willingness and interest to learn).
• Extensive hands-on data analytics experience, with proficiency in SQL & data visualization tools (we use Tableau).
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions.
• Stakeholder management experience – ability to collaborate effectively across different seniority levels and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical colleagues.
• An innovative, results-oriented attitude that constantly seeks to improve processes, team setup and outcomes.
