Your day-to-day

  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes through automation and AI – challenge existing workflows, spot inefficiencies, and bring forward concrete ideas for what could be automated or optimized

  • Work with marketing teams on CRM and other tools adoption & solving day-to-day bottlenecks

  • Act as the primary point of contact between Marketing and the internal Automations team – translate marketing needs into actionable briefs and see initiatives through from idea to implementation

  • Act as the marketing-side point of contact for tracking questions – bridging between campaign needs and the Tracking Team to ensure new channels and initiatives are set up correctly from the start

  • Act as the primary technical liaison between Marketing and Data/Analytics/Product teams, translating business questions into data requirements and vice versa

  • Be the power user of the internal AI powered analytics platform – proactively find ways to self-serve reporting, deep-dive analysis, and dashboard creation, reducing dependency on the Data Analytics team for routine and ad-hoc requests

  • Translate marketing reporting needs into clear briefs for the Data Analytics team where self-service isn’t sufficient; review outputs for accuracy and ensure they reflect actual business questions

  • Manage and optimize the MarTech stack, including HubSpot and connected integrations, ensuring tools are configured to support business goals – not just kept running
