Join Hostinger as an On-site SEO Team Lead responsible for driving and owning the global on-site SEO strategy across the Hostinger website. Lead a team of SEO specialists who create and optimize landing pages for various products and markets, ensuring SEO best practices at scale. Develop and implement the strategic approach to AI-generated content (AIO), including visibility tracking, performance evaluation, and quality standards. Plan and execute SEO experiments, analyze results, and apply scalable improvements across key domains. Monitor search performance and competitor activity to identify trends, content gaps, and opportunities. Oversee keyword research and search intent mapping to expand organic visibility and landing page performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, CRO, Product, Off-Site SEO, Technical SEO, and Development teams to ensure well-planned, technically sound, and effective SEO projects. Contribute to developing and automating SEO workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. Requirements include 3+ years experience in SEO with leadership in multi-market strategies, strong leadership skills including hiring and mentoring, ability to align SEO strategy with business goals, deep understanding of search engine evaluation criteria, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, data-driven approach, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for evolving search landscape and AI innovations.
