Your role at Hostinger

We’re looking for a senior learning & development partner. In this role, you’ll shape Hostinger’s learning culture and have plenty of opportunities to grow. In this role, you won’t just deliver training – you will align learning solutions with business objectives, working closely with leadership and the broader People team to support development at all levels. Simply put, you will be the driving force ensuring that meaningful, impactful learning happens every single day.

Your day-to-day

  • Keep a pulse on global industry trends and translate Hostinger’s overarching business goals into proactive learning directions. Instead of just reacting to stated needs, you will diagnose organizational friction points and design strategic interventions to solve them.

  • Collaborate across the organization to identify, design, and deliver learning initiatives that foster high-performance and contribute to Hostinger’s long-term success. We function as in-house learning consultants and almost never work with external providers – we create and deliver all learning content ourselves.

  • NurtureHostinger’s Principlesby seamlessly weaving them into L&D initiatives, processes, and communication.

  • Championorganizational ambidexterityby designing learning solutions that help teams master the balance between daily execution (perform) and future innovation (transform).

  • Act as a strategic partner to Hostinger’s leadership team, designing dedicated solutions that foster leadership excellence, alignment, and future proofed skillset.

  • Create engaging content and facilitate various internal training programs, workshops, and events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in the areas of organizational development, instructional design, leadership development, and delivering high-impact trainings.
  • Proven track record of high agency – you are a self-starter who takes complete ownership of initiatives from diagnostic phase to execution.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate high-level company strategy and organizational friction points into actionable learning roadmaps.
  • Experience in designing and facilitating leadership development solutions using a highly blended approach – ranging from interactive e-learnings and experiential workshops to peer learning cohorts.
  • Strategic mindset paired with the ability to execute with precision, maintain a strong bias towards action, and balance attention to detail.
  • Creative problem-solving, while balancing immediate business performance needs with long-term transformational learning goals.
  • Capable of working collaboratively across multiple departments and influencing stakeholders at a leadership level.
  • Data-curious – you use insights and feedback to continuously improve your work.
  • Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
  • Gross salary from 4’500 EUR/month.
