Your role at Hostinger Domains are one of the first things a customer buys at Hostinger.

You’ll own the end-to-end experience of domain management: finding the right domain, transferring, understanding what you own, and discovering what else you might need. It’s a surface that mixes high-stakes decisions with real commercial opportunity (upsell, cross-sell done right). AI is changing this space too- from smarter domain suggestions to proactive management nudges.

You’ll be designing those experiences, not just reacting to them.

  • Familiar with analytics tools (Amplitude, Hotjar or similar)- you let data inform decisions without being paralysed by it.
  • A portfolio showing real product work- process, thinking, and outcomes, not just polished screens.
  • Compensation Gross salary: 4500 – 6500 EUR/month depending on experience. Get ready to take your personal and professional growth to new heights! Join Hostinger today and be part of our journey Three. Two. Onboard

    Benefits

    • Own the design of domain management and discovery experiences for millions of users.
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell moments that feel helpful rather than pushy- good timing and good framing matter here.
    • Work closely with PMs and engineers in a cross-functional team, from research through to shipped feature.
    • Use AI tools to move faster: prototype more ideas, test more hypotheses, find patterns in user behaviour at scale.
    • Conduct and synthesise user research to understand what customers actually struggle with- and why.
    • Iterate based on data: monitor performance after launch and keep improving.

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-focused tech products.
    • Generalist mindset- you’re comfortable with UX research, interaction design, and visual craft without needing to specialise in just one.
    • You use AI tools in your daily workflow: whether that’s speeding up exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research faster.
    • Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics- enough to prototype in browser and collaborate closely with engineers.
