We are looking for a skilled DevOps engineer to take ownership of the DevOps domain. You will be the go-to person for infrastructure, CI/CD, and operations enabling the team to build, deploy, and operate reliably at scale.nnSounds like the career opportunity you’ve been waiting for? We’d love to hear more about your achievements and aspirations.nnWhat You Will Do:nOwn DevOps responsibilities within a multi-product DevOps team.nManage and evolve Terraform-managed infrastructure on GCP and AWS.nOperate and enhance applications deployed to Kubernetes.nCollaborate with developers and the Core CloudOps team to implement DevOps best practices and ensure production-readiness.nEnsure high availability, observability, and cost-efficiency across infrastructure components.nContinuously improve and monitor CI/CD pipelines to support fast and safe delivery.nHandle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and lead post-mortems related to the product’s infrastructure.nDrive automation and self-service capabilities to reduce manual toil and increase team autonomy.nnWhat We Expect:nExperience: At least 5 years managing Linux systems.nTechnical Skills: Proficiency with Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Git, SQL and CI/CD tools.nProgramming: Python, Go or similar languages.nProblem-Solving: Strong analytical and proactive approach to complex technical challenges.nCommunication: Collaborative mindset and a high sense of ownership and accountability.nCloud Operations: Experience in highly available and scalable cloud environments in GCP or AWS.nKubernetes Workflows: Familiarity with Helm, Kustomize, or GitOps.nnNice To Have:nKnowledge of cost optimization techniques in cloud platforms.nExperience in leading company-wide initiatives.nnWhat We Offer:nA culture where everyone values the highest standards, freedom, and responsibility.nAbility to take the lead and orchestrate all product changes together – no waiting line for your ideas and projects to become a reality.nUnlimited growth: latest working equipment, training courses, books, conferences, team building activities, and workshops.n(Exceptional)-being: active challenges, onsite & online fitness classes, and wellness workshops.nA comprehensive health insurance package.nHybrid work: the possibility to work in modern offices in Kaunas and Vilnius or the comfort of your home.nWorkations & quarterly OKR parties.nGross salary from 5000 EUR/month.
