System Administrators Manager (Web Hosting)

Join Hostinger, a global leader in web hosting with over 4 million clients, as a System Administrator Manager within the Product team. You will lead the Indonesian SysAdmin team, focusing on safeguarding team health, hiring top talent, and ensuring delivery of product commitments. Responsibilities include managing Hostinger’s Web Hosting Monitoring team, providing engineering solutions, coaching and onboarding team members, fostering technical decision-making, analyzing system performance, and ensuring uptime of core services. You will collaborate closely with teams in Lithuania and Brazil, utilizing tools like Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, and Ansible. The role requires 3+ years supporting enterprise-level Linux environments, 1+ years of technical leadership, cloud and on-premises infrastructure knowledge, and excellent English skills (C1-C2).
