As part of our Product Management team, we are looking for a 5-member elite unit of tech talents to make our unit “AI-ready.” You are not here to make coffee; you will act as an internal consultant and developer in one, helping us “hack” the way we work. Tasks

  • Conduct AI Audits by analyzing our internal processes and identifying opportunities for “AI-ification” to increase efficiency.
  • Develop MVP solutions and prototypes, including Custom GPTs, RAG systems for internal documentation, and automation scripts.
  • Build RAG pipelines for company knowledge and automate repetitive manual tasks using agentic workflows.
  • Enable and coach permanent colleagues in the use of AI tools, focusing on prompt engineering and tool selection.
  • Collaborate directly with Product Management and Tech Lead levels to implement state-of-the-art models like GPT-4o, Claude 3.5, and Gemini.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science (at least 4th semester) or a related Master’s program.
  • Strong technical brain with proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).
  • Practical knowledge of Vector Databases and experience building AI agents is a significant plus.
  • Experience in “vibe-coding” and a strong desire to experiment and explore new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, such as Marketing.
  • Fluent in English and German.
