You will be part of a dynamic team ensuring that our technical equipment and systems run smoothly every day. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional IT environment while pursuing your studies. Tasks

  • Provide professional helpdesk support to internal colleagues, assisting with hardware and software inquiries.
  • Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary technical setup from day one.
  • Prepare and configure hardware components (laptops, peripherals) for distribution.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Manage and track IT inventory to ensure all assets are accounted for and available.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • Initial experience in IT support or a strong passion for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Reliable and structured way of working with a high level of service orientation.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues in a simple and understandable way.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
