Kinsta is a leading managed WordPress hosting company with a customer base of over 120,000 businesses worldwide, including startups and Fortune 500 firms. They pride themselves on customer satisfaction and a remote-first, flexible work culture. The Content Production Manager role focuses on overseeing the operational aspects of content production, emphasizing process and system optimization rather than editorial content strategy. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end content workflows for blogs, product updates, multimedia assets, and marketing materials, ensuring seamless progress from brief to publication. The role requires maintaining visibility on timelines, dependencies, and blockers, while collaborating closely with various teams including Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, Design, Demand Generation, and Multilingual teams. The manager will own the content project management tool Wrike, improving project structures, templates, and workflows, and facilitating training and documentation for content teams. They act as the coordination hub between multiple departments, ensuring multi-format content packages are delivered effectively across channels such as blogs, videos, social media, email, and sales enablement. Operational duties include tracking content status and deadlines, standardizing intake and prioritization, documenting best practices, and supporting resource planning among internal and contract teams. Candidates should have 3-5+ years in project or production management, ideally in SaaS, tech, marketing, digital agencies, or media-heavy environments. Strong skills in managing complex workflows, multi-stakeholder projects, and project management tools (preferably Wrike) are essential. The role demands superior organization, execution, cross-functional communication, empathy, and a continuous process improvement mindset. Knowledge of similar tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp) is a plus. The position is fully remote and offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on experience and location. Kinsta encourages diversity and equal opportunity employment and uses AI tools to support the hiring process without replacing human judgement.
