Kinsta, a leading managed WordPress hosting company with over 120,000 clients including startups and Fortune 500 firms, is hiring an Event Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract working up to 30 hours per week remotely. The role focuses on planning, executing, and analyzing both virtual and in-person events in North America, primarily supporting partner and agency-focused initiatives. Responsibilities include end-to-end event execution, managing timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support. Coordination of event materials and assets in collaboration with Marketing and Design teams is essential. The Event Manager will support pre-event preparation with attendee list management and coordination with Sales and Partnerships, represent Kinsta at events, ensure accurate lead capture and follow-up in HubSpot, track budgets and expenses, collect feedback, and improve event processes. Experience required includes 1-3+ years in event management, managing in-person North American events, cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, RevOps, and Design, vendor management, strong organizational and project management skills, excellent communication skills, independence, and HubSpot or CRM experience. Frequent travel within North America is expected. Salary range is $60,000 to $80,000 annually depending on qualifications and location.
