As Account Manager, you manage relationships with existing business customers and drive renewals and expansion.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B customers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and account reviews.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Negotiate renewals and contract changes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts in CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience within the energy sector.
  • Experience selling to SME and large-SME customers.
  • Experience with dynamic energy contracts is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial drive and focus on new business.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive – you see opportunities and seize them.
  • Affinity with building and growing in a scale-up environment.
  • Good communication and commercial skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • HBO level of thinking and working.
