As an Office Assistant, you will provide support for our local people and the Regional Operations (RO) team members by attending to their direct requests, aiming to minimize response times and increase the quality of the RO services to the local team.

Reporting to:Facilities Lead & Operations Lead
Your team:You will work closely with the local Regional Operations team, supporting their day-to-day needs.

What will you do:
The Office Assistant supports our people and plays an important role in significant areas of satisfaction of our local teams with their work conditions and general working environment.
Attend to any requests from the local team members that are related to their work needs;
Support the local RO team by taking care of any clerk tasks the team asks for;
Support the local RO team during Events;
Receive packages, do the unboxing, validate the contents, and store them or deliver them to their final internal customer;
Go out shopping for office materials and pantry supplies to keep stock levels stable;
Take care of errands;
Organize documentation;
Keep stocks organised.
