Roles & responsibilities:
Conduct 1:1 meetings with employees to understand concerns and provide guidance.
Manage critical employee cases, ensuring fairness and alignment with company policies.
Drive business-related HR activities and support strategic decision-making.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
Manage induction and exit processes for employees.
To work on different part of HR administration activities
Support L&D team on the learning engagement activities
Coordinate with Vendors for engagement activities
Stakeholder management
Preferred candidate profile:
3-7 years of HR experience.
Strong background in HR, preferably with exposure to employee relations, grievance handling, engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid model with 3 days at office.
