  • Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner while building rapport and doing data mining relevant to customer information.
  • Escalating serious sales issues and prioritizing these without any panic.
  • Having confidence and the ability to comprehend and interpret customer information.

  • Applicants must have at least 1 year of sales experience
  • Must have Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
