What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other talent platforms

  • Write and post compelling job advertisements that reflect the Newfold employer brand

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles

  • Conduct initial outreach and screen candidates for basic role fit and availability

Interview Coordination & Scheduling

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers across different time zones

  • Prepare and send interview confirmations, reminders, and logistics to all parties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process

  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and timely candidate experience at every touchpoint

Assessment & Selection Support

  • Assist in administering pre-screening assessments or coordinating skills-based evaluations

  • Consolidate interviewer feedback and scorecards in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Pre-Onboarding & Offer Administration

  • Support the preparation and issuance of job offers and employment contracts

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including document submission, background checks, and medical clearances

  • Liaise with HR Operations to ensure smooth handover from offer acceptance to Day 1

  • Follow up with candidates on outstanding pre-onboarding requirements

TA Admin & Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly status reports

  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms and ensure listings are current and accurate

  • Support TA team with data consolidation, meeting preparation, and process documentation

  • Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, or talent community initiatives as needed

Who You Are & What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • A fresh graduate or early-career professional with up to 1 year of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or a related field

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail – you can juggle multiple open roles and deadlines without dropping the ball

  • A clear and professional communicator – both written and verbal – who can represent Newfold well with candidates and stakeholders

  • Proactive and resourceful – you take initiative, follow through, and flag issues early rather than waiting to be told

  • People-oriented – you genuinely enjoy interacting with candidates and understand that recruitment is as much about experience as it is about process

  • Comfortable working with tools and technology – familiarity with ATS platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office is a plus

  • Adaptable and eager to learn – open to feedback and committed to growing your craft in talent acquisition
