- Provides assistance to the Online Sales Director by supervising the floor operations to ensure maximum productivity is achieved to meet required hourly, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets for the whole sales team especially on weekends
- Assists in creating high performing Business Development Specialists (BDS) that go beyond sales targets, with consistent and continuous up trend
- Collaborates with the Online Sales Director in the planning and development of sales strategies, sales programs, sales rewards as well as other periodic sales meetings
- Assists the Online Sales Director and HR team with the recruitment process by doing interviews and hiring new BDS who are the right fit for the sales team in both skills and behavior that support the best interest of the sales team and the company
- Monitors and evaluates sales calls to understand the performance of the sales teams and identifies areas where improvement is needed, and recommends trainings and refresher programs
- Coaches, mentors, evaluates and gives feedback to ensure teams are also delivering exceptional sales performance and always backed by Best-in-World service
- Always leads by example and manages the floor operations by having regular floor walks to ensure team members are strictly adhering to the companies’ guidelines and policies (IT Policy, Code of Conduct, WF Policy, QA Policy, Dress Code Policy, Attendance Policy, Sales Guidelines and etc.)
