Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is a highly analytical and strategic role responsible for driving business performance through KPI ownership, financial insights, and cross-functional partnership. This individual will work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to support planning, forecasting, and investment decisions that fuel company growth.The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at the leadership level.Compensation: The base salary for this role is between $100k-$120k

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage critical KPIs that are central to overall business performance
  • Serve as a key business partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights and guidance
  • Collaborate with Data and BI teams to query, validate, and maintain revenue-related KPIs
  • Manage GTM budgets, including headcount planning and non-compensation expense forecasting
  • Develop business cases and financial models to support new investments and revenue growth initiatives
  • Support preparation of board materials, including contributing to business leader presentations and insights
  • Respond to and manage ad hoc financial analysis requests from leadership
  • Continuously improve KPI tracking, reporting processes, and financial visibility across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Strong experience in FP&A or financial analysis
