Head of Internal Communications

Oxygen Data Centers and Clouds is a fast-growing Russian IT company with its own data centers and cloud platform. We are hiring a Head of Internal Communications to build and run our employee-communications strategy.

What you will do:

• Define and execute the internal-communications strategy and editorial calendar
• Run engagement campaigns, all-hands meetings, intranet and internal newsletters
• Partner with HR, leadership and PR on culture, employer brand and change management
• Measure communication effectiveness and iterate
