About the Role
We are looking for aSenior Business Operations Analystto serve as a dedicated operational partner to one of our delivery service lines. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of data, finance, and delivery operations – translating complex performance signals into clear insights and actionable recommendations that help leadership make better, faster decisions.
You will work closely with service line leaders to surface what’s happening across key operational and financial drivers, diagnose why it’s happening, and help drive improvements that move the business forward. The ideal candidate is a structured, intellectually curious thinker who is as comfortable building an analytical framework as they are presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
Service Line Performance & Insights
- Own the performance narrative for your service line – tracking and communicating trends across revenue, cost, margin, and delivery efficiency.
- Partner with Service leader achieve his/her objectives across different KPIs like Revenue, Pipeline, Margins, Utilization, delivery efficiency etc.
- Build and maintain reporting and analysis that gives leadership clear, ongoing visibility into business health
- Go beyond the numbers: explain the “what” and the “why” behind performance movements, and anticipate questions before they’re asked
Operational & Financial Problem Solving
- Investigate performance issues – revenue discrepancies, cost misalignments, delivery bottlenecks – and lead root cause analysis through to resolution
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in operational processes and translate findings into prioritized, practical recommendations
- Balance rigor with pragmatism: know when a quick answer is enough and when a deeper dive is warranted
Cross-Functional Alignment & Execution
- Act as a connector across Finance, Data, Workforce Operations, and other enabling functions to resolve issues and maintain alignment across systems, reporting, and processes
- Support and coordinate operational initiatives end-to-end, tracking progress and measuring impact against defined performance goals
- Build trusted relationships across teams to get things done efficiently, even without direct authority
